Lisa Eisner "Lido" Headdress

Dyed to match a pleated Lanvin evening gown, this deep fuchsia and purple headdress was made from turkey primaries, Ring-Necked Pheasant tail plumes, and Lady Amherst tail plumes. All of the plumes were accented with Swarovski crystals. Two elaborately encrusted hat pins were mounted to the base as well, creating a sparkling showgirl effect.

Lisa Eisner, a co-founder of Grey Bull Press, wore this headdress to the fete at the Lido in Paris, celebrating the release of the book Les Girls. The headdress was a fitting tribute to the book's theme.
